1 lb pasta
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup beer
1 tbsp Maille Whole Grain Mustard
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded gouda cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt, pepper and garlic powder
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Melt the butter in a large pot and pour the beer into it. Stir and cook on high heat until the liquid reduces by half.
Add the mustard, cream, milk, cheeses and seasonings. Turn the heat to low-medium and stir on and off while the sauce forms as it simmers and thickens.
Once the sauce is thick and coats a spoon, add the cooked pasta and mix together. Serve hot!
