Almond Cookies

Ingrediente

2 eggs whites

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla or almond extract

3 cups sliced almonds

1/2 pack dark chocolate

Instrucțiuni

Heat oven to 350 F

With a fork beat egg whites and mix with powdered sugar and vanilla extract

Add almonds and mix until coated

Line 3 trays with baking sheets

Make thin 5 cm diameter flattened circles

Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown

Cool and separate from baking paper

Melt chocolate in double boiler

Dip each cookie until half is covered in chocolate

Cool in fridge until chocolate gardens
