Monster Cookies- Nanny’s

Ingrediente

3 eggs

4 T Butter

1/4 c apple sauce

1 c white sugar

1 c brown sugar

2 t vanilla

1 1/4 c peanut butter

5-6 c rolled oats

3/4 c wheat germ

1/2 c flax seed (or not)

2 t baking soda

1 c m&m’s (small)

Nuts and raisins are optional

Instrucțiuni

1. Cream together wet ingredients

2. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients (adjust dry mixture quantities so it’s easy to make spoonfuls on cookie sheet)

3. Bake at 375 11-13 min
