Oreo Truffles

Ingrediente

1 package of Oreos, finely crushed

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened

2 packages (8 squares each) semi sweet bakers chocolate, melted

Instrucțiuni

1. mix 3 cups of the cookie crumbs and the cream cheese until we’ll blended. Shape into 42 1” balls

2. Dip balls into melted chocolate and place onto wax paper baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs

3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm

Note

Mint:

Swap with mint Oreos and bakers white chocolate. Garnish with crushed peppermint
