• 700-800g peas
• 300-400g minced beef
• 200g carrots
• 350g potatoes (3 small)
• Tomato - 1 medium or 2 small (or 1 can of tomatoes)
• 2.5 tbsp tomato triple concentrate (or 1-1.5 if using canned tomatoes)
• 2 tsp ground coriander (كزبرة)
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 tsp of 7 Bharat
Postup
Prepare:
1. Dice garlic
2. Chop potatoes into cubes
3. Chop tomatoes
4. Wash peas (and optionally carrots) in a strainer to clean and thaw (if frozen)
Cook:
1. Add the minced meat to the pot and turn on the heat
2. Flip the meat around until it dries out of water
3. Add oil and fry the meat
4. Add salt, spices, coriander, garlic and continue cooking meat
5. When it's slightly cooked, add 4-5 mugs of water
6. Add potatoes and carrots and tomatoes
7. Add 2 tbsp of tomato concentrate (or 1 if using canned tomatoes)
8. Add vegetable stock cube (crumble to dissolve well)
9. When they start to boil, set the heat to medium, cover the pot, and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes
10. Check if potatoes are cooked and add the peas (Don't put the bazella before the potato is ready because the bazella cooks fast)
11. Let them cook for another 15 minutes before turning off heat
Optionally if using fresh coriander:
• Fry the coriander with the garlic cloves in a separate pan
• Add them alongside the peas
