    Taiwanese Chicken Cutlets

    4 piece of Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thigh

    2 tbsp of Soy Sauce

    2 ½ tbsp of Oyster Sauce

    3 tbsp of minced Garlic

    1 tbsp of Sugar

    1 ½ tbsp of Five Spice Powder

    1 tsp of White Pepper

    1 whole Egg

    3 tbsp of Corn Starch

    1 ½ cup of Sweet Potato Flour/ Tapioca Starch

    Postup

    Marinate the chicken with minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper, and five-spice powder. Mix and rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

    Add in 1 egg and 3 tbsp of Corn Starch and mix.

    Cover the chicken with sweet potato flour and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Fry at medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
