12 ounces frozen breaded chicken tenders

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped (about 6 cups)

1 medium avocado, pitted and sliced

1/2 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced

1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

Instruktioner

Step 1

Follow the manufacturer's instructions and cook the chicken tenders.

Step 2

Meanwhile,stir the mustard, honey, and vinegar together in a small bowl until smooth.

Step 3

Place the lettuce, avocado, bell pepper, tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to evenly distribute. Divide the dressed salad among 4 plates.

Step 4

Slice the chicken tenders and top each salad portion with an equal amount. Serve immediately.
