    3 cups Cake flour

    2 tsp Baking powder

    1 tsp salt (love)

    Enough water to and form soft dough

    Heaped tablespoon soft, unsalted butter + more to spread

    Vegatable oil for frying

    Instruktioner

    Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and a heaped tablespoon of soft butter. Add oil and rub with finger tips until fine breadcrumbs are formed.

    Add water gradually and mix creating soft elastic dough. Knead on table until tacky.

    Take dough and form ball a size of a tennis ball and roll out on a floured surface to form small plate

    Spread soft butter or ghee on dough.

    Roll and pull and hit the dough until about 2 cm long . Roll opposite directions one side in and one side out ”snail” and put left on right and press down on top of each other.

    Cover with towel and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

    Roll out each disc on a floured surface and fry in hot oil until golden brown( Approximately 2 minutes on each side )

    Clap between hands before serving warm with curry.
