Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredienser

5 ounces arugula

4 oz prosciutto

2 pears (sliced)

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/3 cup toasted chopped walnuts

1/3 cup dried cranberries

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instruktioner

Combine all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a jar with a lid and shake until well combined.

In a large salad bowl add the arugula. Top it with the toasted walnuts, prosciutto, dried cranberries, crumbled blue cheese, and sliced pears.

Pour the balsamic vinaigrette all over the salad or serve it on the side.
