50 gm Fennel Seed

15 gm Cinnamon Stick

15 gm Cloves

15 gm Star Anise

15 gm Nutmeg

10 gm Poppy Seed

15 gm Cardamom

Instruktioner

Roast each of them in low heat until it just starts to turn colour and peak of its raw aroma.

Once cool down, powder it in blender.

Masala is ready.
