start by whisking your drying ingredients and setting them aside in a bowl—>

whisk together 1 3/4 cup of flour with 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of salt (set aside)

beat 3/4 c of butter with 1/2 c of crushed freeze dried strawberries (crush them into a powder-I used 1 whole bag from Trader Joe’s)

once all blended add in your dry ingredients

scoop about a tablespoon of dough and top with another tablespoon

bake at 350 until sides start to get golden (~10-12mins)
