Mom's Chicken Quesadillas

4 large chicken breasts
2 cans mushroom soup
1 cup hot salsa
2+ cups shredded cheese
20-30 small tortillas
āļ§āļīāļāļĩāļāļģ
Cook chicken breasts. Dice and drain off liquid.
Add cream of mushroom soup, salsa, and shredded cheese. Mix until melted.
Place 20-30 small tortillas in microwave until slightly warm.
Place 2 heaping tbsp meat mixture on one half of the tortilla, baste edges with water and fold shut, pressing the edges closed.
Bake on cookie sheet at 425*F for 5 mins, flipping halfway.
