Josh's Hippie Health Bowl Sauce (Tahini)

1/2 cup tahini
5 cloves garlic, minced if not blending
chunk of ginger, about 1 or 1.5 tbsp worth
2-3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2-3 tbsp (or more) Braggs Liquid Aminos / Coconut Aminos
2-3 tbsp (or more) rice vinegar (I used orange seasoned one and it was good)
2-3 tbsp miso (I used White miso)
dash of salt
splash of water to loosen the sauce
วิธีทำ
Mix, blend if desired. Mini Cuisinart would be great. Mince that garlic. Better second day.

Great for rice/grain/veggie/chicken bowls. 1/2 cup tahini above yields two hearty servings, enough for bowls that will probably last 2 meals a piece.
