    Crockpot Baked Peanut Butter Oatmeal

    quick cooking oats or gluten free oats

    ¼ cup packed brown sugar

    ¼ cup white sugar1-1/2 cups

    ¾ cup milk or milk alternative

    ¼ cup melted butter or margarine

    1 egg

    ½ cup Peanut Butter or almond butter etc.

    1 tsp baking powder

    ¾ tsp salt

    1 tsp vanilla

    วิธีทำ

    Line a 4 quart or larger crockpot with parchment paper

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir well.

    Spread evenly into the lined crockpot cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours or until the center is firm and the edges start to gently pull away from the sides of the crock.

    Turn off your crockpot and carefully remove the oatmeal by using the parchment paper to lift it up.

    Serve warm out of the crockpot or allow it to completely cool and cut into bars for a grab and go snack.
