    • 1 bunch spring onions

    • 6 cloves garlic

    • 1 handful coriander

    • 1 inch ginger

    • 2 tbsp chilli flakes

    • 1 tbsp peanut butter

    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

    • 1 pinch sugar

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce

    • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

    • Oil

    • 250g Noodles (x1 ordinary pack)

    วิธีทำ

    1. Chop up 6 cloves of garlic then chop up a whole bunch of spring onions and a big handful of coriander.

    2. cook noodles or pasta, save noodle water

    3. While that cooks, fry everything in oil. Starting with your spring onion then the garlic. Grate in a little nob of ginger and then 2 tablespoons of chilli flakes.

    4. add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, followed by 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

    5. Then a dollop of peanut butter.

    6. Stir that in til its all combined, then add sesame seeds. Chuck in that coriander, then add a big pinch of sugar.

    7. add few tablespoons of noodles water and then noodles

    8. Toss until they’re dripping with it and then serve.
