    Creamy Dijon Mustard Chicken

    • 4 -6 chicken thighs with skin on

    • 4 garlic minced

    • 1/2 onion diced

    • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

    • 2 tablespoons butter

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1/4 cup white wine

    • 1 cup chicken broth

    • 1/2 cup heavy cream

    • Fresh parsley

    Chicken Marinate:

    • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

    • 1tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp onion powder

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1/2 tsp paprika

    Yöntemler

    1. Heat a medium skillet and add the olive oil. Cook the seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes each side (make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F) You can also air fry or bake the chicken.

    2. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the skillet and set it aside.

    3. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté onions, garlic until translucent.

    4. Stir in the white wine and cook until the wine is evaporated.

    5. Stir in the dijon mustard, broth and let cook for few minutes.

    6. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream.

    7. Transfer the chicken in the sauce and let simmer for few minutes until the sauce has thickened to your liking.
