    Tofu Recipes

    Additional Ingredients needed:

    Burrito shells

    Vegan cheese - I used @GOOD PLANeT | Olive Oil Cheese

    Avocado Ranch 🤗

    1 c vegan milk + 1 tbsp apple cider vinager

    1/2 avocado

    1/2 lemon

    1/2 c hemp seeds

    1 tsp onion powder

    Large pinch of salt

    Dill + cilantro to taste

    Yöntemler

    Mix all ingredients excluding dill and cilantro until smooth, add in dill and cilantro and enjoy!

    Chipotle Sauce 😍

    3/4 cup cashews

    1 cup vegan milk

    2-3 marinated chipotle peppers

    Sprinkle of salt

    Add to a blender along with your oat milk and salt and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!

    Vegan “Chicken” Marinade

    2 16oz super firm tofu pkgs

    1 @siete Mexican seasoning pkg

    1/4 c soy sauce

    2 tbsp avocado oil divided

    Prep your tofu, by removing it from the pkg and patting dry. Now, begin to marinate your “chicken” for at least 30 minutes. Next place your chicken cutlets on 1-2 tbsp of avocado oil. Sauté each side on a medium heat until older brown. Around 8-10 minutes. Set aside, dice and be ready to use!

    Assemble:

    Lay down your burrito shells and place 1-2 tbsp of your avocado ranch. Top with 1/2 c vegan chicken and vegan cheese to taste. Tuck and roll to form a burrito shape. Proceed to do this a second time then add a thin layer of oil to a caste iron. Lay down around 1-2 tbsp of vegan cheese then top with your burrito. Once a crust develops around 2-4 minutes, flip and serve with your chipotle sauce!
