    Copycat Logans Roadhouse Fried Mushrooms Recipe

    8 ounces white button mushrooms

    ½ cup flour

    1 teaspoon salt

    ½ teaspoon pepper

    1 cup buttermilk

    Canola oil, for frying

    Garlic aioli, for serving

    Yöntemler

    Wash and scrub the mushrooms, trimming the stems.

    In a low bowl, add flour, salt, and pepper, and whisk to combine.

    In another wide bowl, add buttermilk.

    Dip mushrooms into flour mixture, then buttermilk, and then again in the flour and repeat with all mushrooms.

    In the meantime, heat a large pot of canola oil. Cnce hot, add the mushrooms.

    Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate.

    Serve with dipping sauce, such as garlic aioli.
