400g chicken thigh fillets
2 rotis/ flatbreads/ nans to serve
1 brown onion - chopped chunky and fried
Handful of red cabbage to serve
cucumber to serve
Chicken marinade
2tsp paprika
1tsp cumin
1tsp garam masala
1tsp turmeric
1tsp ground ginger
2tsp garlic granules
1tsp oil
1tbsp, heaped, natural fat free yoghurt
1tbsp tomato purée
salt
pepper
juice of 1 lemon
Yoghurt Sauce
juice of 0.5-1 lime
3 tbsp yoghurt
fresh or dried mint to taste
dash of turmeric to give some colour
salt and pepper to taste

dice chicken into medium chunks
mix all chicken ingredients in a bowl
air fry on 200 for 8 mins, and 210 for another 8 mins
fry your onions on high heat until a bit charred
prep veg - cucumber and red cabbage
Prep yoghurt dip
heat up your flatbread of choice
Serve chicken on the flatbread with yogurt sauce, cucumber and red cabbage and onions
