    Kani 1/2 pkg

    Ikura 2 oz

    White fish: halibut? Hamachi? 4-6 oz

    Vegetables:

    Nori sheets

    Cucumber (thin spears)

    Avocado (thin spears)

    Scallions (sliced)

    Daikon (julienne)

    Carrots (julienne)

    Seasonings:

    Tenkasu

    Sesame seeds

    Spicy mayo (kewpie + sriracha)

    Wasabi

    Gari

    Assemble ingredients: slice fish, prepare other fillings. Cut nori sheets in half

    Arrange in middle of table

    To assemble: place rice of left 1/2 of nori sheet. Arrange fillings of choice diagonally across rice. Fold in half diagonally from bottom up, then roll.

    Eat immediately, before preparing another temaki.
