Ginger Soy Dipping Sauce

• 2 Tbsp Zhenjiang vinegar (or rice vinegar)
• 2 Tbsp fish sauce
• 1 Tbsp lime juice
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp ginger, minced
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Pinch hot red pepper flakes
