Cheesy Bean Pinwheels

1 sheet of puff pastry

5-6 heaped tbsp of reduced salt & sugar baked beans

1 carrot

Grated cheddar

Cucumber & olives to decorate

Hướng dẫn

peel & finely grate the carrot and mix it in with the beans

grate the cheddar

preheat the oven or air-fryer to 180c fan

spread the beans onto the pastry then sprinkle with the cheddar

roll the pastry back up then cut into 12 pinwheels

line 2 baking trays if using the oven or the airfryer basket / rack with greaseproof paper

spread the pinwheels out so they aren't touching and bake in the oven for approx 30 minutes or the air-fryer for 12-15 minutes

decorate!

I can fit 4-5 in my air-fryer but this will vary depending on the air-fryer size

freeze for up to 3 months
