• Sugar 125g / 4.4 oz

• Butter 200g / 7 oz

• 1 Egg

• Flour 250g / 8.8 oz

• Vanilla Pod

• Vanilla powder 3 tsp

• Chopped Almonds 100g / 3.5 oz

• Hjortetaksalt 1/2 teaspoon

Hướng dẫn

1. Mix all ingredients

2. Knead by hand into a ball

3. Refrigerate for an hour

4. Roll out dough into thin tubs

5. Cut & form into rings

6. place on cold pan & bake at 200c / 392f on bottom rack
