1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp:

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Shrimp and Pasta:

Add the cooked shrimp back into the skillet, stirring to coat them with the Alfredo sauce.

Toss in the cooked fettuccine and mix everything together until evenly coated with the sauce.

Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve with lemon wedges for a burst of citrus flavor if desired.
