Strawberry Pretzel Jello Salad

1 small box strawberry jello

2 Cups water

3/4 Cup butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese

8 oz cool whip, thawed

2 Cups crushed pretzels

3 Tablespoons sugar

2/3 Cup sugar

3 Cups strawberries, sliced

步骤

Bring the water to a boil

Add jello and stir until dissolved

Let jello cool to room temperature

Combine melted butter and sugar

Stir in pretzels

Press evenly on bottom of 9x13 pan

Bake at 375 for 8 minutes

Let cool completely

Combine cream cheese, sugar and cool whip in a large bowl

Beat until smooth

Spread over pretzel crust making sure to get the cream mixture tight against the edges of the pan so no jello can seep through

Arrange sliced strawberries over the top of cream mixture

Pour cooled jello over cream layer and refridgerate for at least 4 hours
