    • 400g chicken thigh fillets

    • 2 rotis/ flatbreads/ nans to serve

    • 1 brown onion - chopped chunky and fried

    • Handful of red cabbage to serve

    • cucumber to serve

    Chicken marinade

    • 2tsp paprika

    • 1tsp cumin

    • 1tsp garam masala

    • 1tsp turmeric

    • 1tsp ground ginger

    • 2tsp garlic granules

    • 1tsp oil

    • 1tbsp, heaped, natural fat free yoghurt

    • 1tbsp tomato purée

    • salt

    • pepper

    • juice of 1 lemon

    Yoghurt Sauce

    • juice of 0.5-1 lime

    • 3 tbsp yoghurt

    • fresh or dried mint to taste

    • dash of turmeric to give some colour

    • salt and pepper to taste

    步驟

    1. dice chicken into medium chunks

    2. mix all chicken ingredients in a bowl

    3. air fry on 200 for 8 mins, and 210 for another 8 mins

    4. fry your onions on high heat until a bit charred

    5. prep veg - cucumber and red cabbage

    6. Prep yoghurt dip

    7. heat up your flatbread of choice

    8. Serve chicken on the flatbread with yogurt sauce, cucumber and red cabbage and onions
