Apple Roses

3 apples

1/2 lemon

1 tbsp rose water

Puff pastry dough (long roll)

Cinnamon sugar

Flour

步驟

Slice apples in half, remove core with spoon

Turn on belly and slice thinly

Put slices in bowl with lemon juice and rose water until covering each slice

Microwave 3 min

Roll out dough with flour

Flatten and slice into 2x12 in strips

Cover dough with cinnamon and sugar

Lay apples on strip so they overlap

Fold bottom of dough to sand which apples

Roll in upwards direction to form flower shape

Place in flower shaped wrapper

Bake on tray until golden brown
