5 oz round brie (or camembert)

1/8 tsp garlic powder

tiny pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Unwrap brie and place in a small, shallow ovenproof dish slightly larger than the brie (to be used for serving) OR a cookie sheet.

Score large X in top. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until bubbling from top. To check, gently touch the centre of the brie - it should feel very soft, like it is about to collapse if you press any harder.

Pull back scored tabs and sprinkle in garlic and salt.
