Make-Ahead Breakfast Bread

Bread:
2 1/2 Cups flour
1/2 Cup sugar
1 1/3 Cup milk
2 Tablespoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 Cup shortening
2 eggs
Topping:
8 Tablespoons flour
12 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
6 Tablespoons melted margarine (or butter)
步驟
Grease 9x13 pan
Mix bread ingredients well and pour in pan
Mix topping and pour over bread
Refrigerate overnight
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
