    Chicken “kebab” Homemade Wraps

    配料

    Chicken

    4-5 chicken thighs from @magnessfarms

    tsp smoked paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder

    pinch of salt & pepper & 1/4 tsp cumin

    tbsp yogurt I always use @fage_uk

    Wraps

    200g yogurt

    200g flour

    1 tsp baking powder

    1/2 tsp salt

    Extra veggies - avocado, spinach, tomato, cucumber, jalepeno, spring onions, hot sauce @orrissandson, lime

    Mix all of the chicken, yogurt & spices in a loaf tin and pack it tight & get that in a 180/200 degree oven for about 20-25 mins until crispy (you may need to drain off some juices) - internal temp around 65-70 degrees c

    Mix the wrap ingredients, knead for a few mins to combine & ideally leave for 10 mins but if you don’t have time - split into equal balls, roll out with plenty of flour and stick on a hot plate or frying pan for 30 seconds each side

    Layer up your wraps with yogurt, veggies, chicken and any extras and enjoy!
