    Creamy Sun-dried Tomato Orzo with Ground Beef

    1 cup orzo pasta

    1 pound ground beed

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 onion, chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

    1 cup chicken broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh basil for garnish

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.

    Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

    Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

    Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to thicken slightly.

    Add the cooked orzo to the skillet, mixing well to combine. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and creamy.

    Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
