    Better Than Takeout Chicken Fried Rice. Easy to Make at Home

    Chicken 200 grams/7oz

    Garlic 2 cloves

    Onion 1

    Spring onions 2-3

    Mixed diced vegetables, frozen or fresh, 2 cups

    Cooking oil 2 tbsp

    Sesame oil 2 tsp

    Egg 2

    Salt to taste

    Stir-fry sauce

    Regular soy sauce 2 tbsp

    Dark soy sauce 2 tsp

    Oyster sauce 2-3 tbsp

    White pepper half tsp

    Sugar 1 tbsp

    Combine all the sauces in a small bowl.

    Dice the chicken and season it with a tablespoon of stir-fry sauce.

    Prepare the veggies. Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt.

    Over medium-high heat, saute minced garlic and chicken. Push chicken to one side and stir fry eggs. Set them aside.

    Stir fry onions and vegetables. Add cooked rice, stir-fry sauce,

    chicken, and scrambled egg to the pan.

    Finish with spring onions and sesame oil. Toss everything well and enjoy!
