Ingredients

red wine vinegar 2 tbsp 30 g

cherry tomatoes (cut in half) 10 1/2 oz 298 g

large cucumber (peeled and cut in half) 1 1

olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp 22 g

pinch salt (optional) 1 1

Directions

Cut each cucumber half in half and slice into large chunks. Place the cucumber in a salad bowl with the cherry tomatoes.
